Detailed Description of Good and / or Services
Marssec is a business in the Security industry that markets Paradox Products.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within +/- 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of booking Order Number / Voucher / web ID, no delivery without payment.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by [MARSSEC] is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Marssec will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a CANCELLATION FEE [25% Percentage of the clients invoice] for administration fee.
Agreements of Sale
Placing an item in a shopping basket or adding it to a wishlist without completing the purchase cycle does not:
Constitute an agreement of sale between Marssec and users cannot hold Marssec liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or
Constitute an order for such an item; and
Marssec may remove such an item from the shopping basket, wishlist or quotation if no stock is available.
An agreement of sale between Marssec and a user only comes into effect if and when:
A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on Marssec's bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle) or
A direct deposit is reflected on Marssec's bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle.
Marssec reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Marssec also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Marssec shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.
Marssec shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Marssec will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
Stock Availability
Stock of all goods on offer are limited. Marssec shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Marssec shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised or quotation prices.
Customer Privacy Policy
Marssec shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Bank Transfer EFT into the Marssec bank account. If customer deposit any amount of funds into Marssec's bank account, the customer agree and accept all terms and conditions of Marssec, without signing off any documentation.
Cheque You can deposit cheques into our account, however all cheques are subject to the standard 10 day clearance period and this will hold up delivery of your order substancially.
Marssec does not accept cash. Please pay by bank transfer or EFT.
