Broadband Internet
A permanent internet connection such as ADSL, GPRS, EDGE, 3G or HSDPA
PC
iSee supports a Pentium III computer (or higher), with 256 MB RAM and enough hard disk space to store your video recordings. (Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7)
Camera(s)
According to your own requirements i.e. a Webcam, IP camera or CCTV cameras (analog)
Motion Detection
Motion detection can be set per camera (area). Variable sensitivity levels for different areas can also be set. The following settings are available to avoid unnecessary interruptions:
- Sensitivity levels may be set within any given area (camera) to exclude certain parts of the area or to increase sensitivity for some areas.
- Time delay may be setup per area (camera) e.g. a motion must continue for a certain time period before iSee will recognise it as motion. This might prove handy in some areas, e.g. at not too busy entrances where one would allow a person to enter or exit, but not to linger for more than say two minutes.
Motion detection can trigger alarms, activate recording and send a text message and/or email to preset users.
A snapshot or video clip may be attached to an email, depending on preference and in case of e-mailing to a mobile phone, the mobile phone's ability.
Recording

You can predefine when iSee should make recordings.
Each of your cameras may have its own unique settings, allowing you to choose the level of security for each area you wish to survey.
Recording may be switched off, switched on upon the detection of motion, or set to record continuously.
You may pre-set the recording quality, frame-rate and resolution of your recording per camera.
Non-proprietary video compression for recordings is used.
